Housekeeping
For any housekeeping needs you may have, such
as extra beds, blankets, linens, towels, please
contact the front office. Please note that there
is an additional charge for extra beds and linens.
A maximum of two extra beds per unit may be requested.
Extra beds are limited and are provided on a first-come,
first-served basis.

Keys
For your added security, only one set of keys
per unit is given to the guest. Additional guest
passes may be requested from the front desk. The
front desk/housekeeping will not open the units
for anyone who does not present this pass.
Key Deposit
Only the person whose signature appears on the
Room Key Deposit slip is allowed to claim the
deposit. If he/she cannot claim it in person,
he/she may authorize a representative in writing
to claim the deposit on his/her behalf.
Lost and Found
Please contact the front desk for any lost and
found items.
Occupancy
Please observe the following occupancy limits:
2 Bedroom Units — 4 adults (plus 2 if extra
beds are ordered) + 1 person in maid's room 3
Bedroom Units — 6 adults (plus 2 if extra
beds are ordered) + 1 person in maid's room 4
Bedroom Units — 8 adults (plus 3 if extra
beds are ordered) + 1 persons in maid's room
A nightly penalty of &750 will apply for each
occupant beyond the maximum limit. Please note
that children over 12 counted as 1 adult.
Parking
One complimentary parking slot is available in
each garage. Guest may also park on the street
in front of the units. Please refrain from blocking
or parking in the garages of neighboring units.
For the safety and convenience of other guests
and in order to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation
of the units, pets are not allowed at Subic Homes.

Photocopying Services
Photocopying services are provided at the front
office for a minimal charge.
Pool
The Binictican Swimming Pool is open daily but
the operating schedule varies by season. Please
call the front desk or The Binictican Swimming
Pool (262-4180) for more information.
Telephone
The telephones in your unit are for local calls
only (to SBMA and Olongapo). Local calls and incoming
calls are free of charge. If you wish to make
a long distance, cellular or overseas calls, PLDT
TOUCH cards are available at the front desk.
Valuables
Please do not leave money or valuables in your
unit. Subic Homes cannot held liable for the loss
of such items. If you wish, valuables may be deposited
with the front desk for safekeeping in the vault.
